I have lived at the Cloisters for two years now.
They have had a lot of trouble keeping office staff and managers.
The last property manager did nothing! I met the new property manager.
He is friendly but is definitely making an effort to improve the property.
He recently cleaned my building breezeway which was in need of cleaning for some time.
Also, he has evicted my noisy neighbor.
Several of us have complained in the past and nothing had been done.
He has.
The grounds are looking good again.
Now, I can say I recommend this place!

Well I also live here at the Cloister's and as stated we have a new manager that seems to be getting things back to the way it was when I first moved in here. I must say they still need to work on getting the grounds clean, fixing the many pot holes and speed bumps and working on the noise pollution. Once the cat leaves the mice's do come out to play blasting music and just speeding through the complex. Owners of dogs walk their dogs and DONT pick up after their dogs and many patio's look so cluttered and messy with many tennants having blinds that barely stay up.
Other than that the new property manager is doing much better than the last.
