The first thing I think this new staff needs to address is parking. There are many days I come home and have to park one building away from where I live because people have all sorts of visitors parking in the paying renters spot. To avoid this common trend especially now that the weather has warmed up management could paint the apartment numbers on each parking spot alloting two spaces to each apartment dweller.

This normally happens late in the evening when the office is closed.
