The Cloisters Sucks

I am so relieved I don't live there anymore. First of all, everyone in the the rental office has an attitude, which is unacceptable. Secondly, the rodent/bug issue was out of control. I used to hear rats scurrying in the ventilation system in my ceiling, and would constantly have mice sightings...Maybe understandable if I was a slob, but I am a neat freak.
Maintenance is a joke...it takes forever to get anything fixed. I feel so bad for the 2 or 3 maintenance guys who have to deal with the entire complex. Always had to deal with leaks and the hot water ran out pretty quick.
Overall unfriendly neighborhood...high crime rate. A robbery occurs in the Cloisters at least once or twice a month, and the 'security' is a joke.
For what we were paying, so not worth it.
