beautiful place...untrustful maintanence man

I am writing becasue of my dismay at the maintanence... the person they hire to be responsible for repairs to your apartment, taking care of the pool etc.

The person they are utilizing to come into your home is the same person who lies to your face, allows friends to have parties at the pool at all hours with very loud music, alcohol and unruliness ....
