Village Green at Concord Mills

Great place to live! From: panthersfever Date posted: 1/14/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   We're finishing our first year up at Village Green. We've had no problems with our apartment except occasionally the woman behind us smokes in her bathroom and somehow the smoke permiates our apt., but other than that it's been great. Traffic is a given. You live at the biggest mall in 2 states - expect it to be heavy, but it's not any different than living in Charlotte off of a major road. Only thing I wish we had was access to Satellite TV. There are few apts that have the view necessary, and they'd greatly benefit from adding a community dish for people in the same building to subdivide instead of having no choice but to be reamed by Time Warner. Quiet, family oriented community. Nice facilities. A plus Experience; we're renewing our 1 year lease. Brad & Lisa
