The walls are thin, no central heat or air just a unit in the wall, constant partying that goes on for all hours of the night all nights of the week!I'm moving as soon as possible and would not recommend moving here especially the 700 building as it does not have central heat or air. Oh and they don't have dishwashers either which just adds to the things that need updating!

Not only are the walls thin. The ceilings are worse. Try listening to the white trash above you play Guitar Hero until 2am. We are also leaving a.s.a.p.

I agree. I am stuck in the middle, so I have to contend with both neighbors which tend to be very noisy and disrespectful of others.
