Very noisy, drunken brawls in the parking lot.
Auto repair shop in the parking lot.
Cops called to the hoodplex very often.
The manager is worse than the tenants.
One of the worst apts i've ever had.

I agree. You call the office to request that the burned out bulbs get replaced in the walkways and they hardly EVER do. IF they get changed, it generally takes at LEAST a month. Ridiculous. Don't move here!! I am on my way out as soon as my lease is up. I have rented here as well as other places for a few year and the current managers are the worst I have ever come across.

I disagree with the responses. Waters Edge is a great place to live they have a completely new office staff and a awsome maintenance staff. You can ride thru this property anytime of the day or night and you will see that all is quiet. This responses were wrote a while back and they do not see what is happening here now. We love it here. Most people who write bad reviews are usually the ones who causes the problems. I recomend this place to all my co workers and friends. Check it out you will see for yourself

I disagree!New manager needs to go. The rest of staff,totally awesome.Long time residents moving out because of manager.I liked it there before she came-gone down ever since. Now it's Ghetto!

This is a great place to live. Would not change any of the staff including the manager. They really serve us well here. When we need something done, they get to it immediately. It is really quiet here now that some other people have moved. You just can't make everyone happy. Try it you will like it.
