DON'T BE FOOLED!!! This place must be the WORST ever with respect to management. If you are ever late on your rent (i.e. its paid on the 6th instead of the 5th) you can NEVER upgrade your apartment (i.e. if you are in a 1 BR you can never go to 2). They are definately not the nicest people in the world. If THEY loose your rent check (even if you provide them with a carbon copy and the SIGNED receipt from them saying they received your payment) YOU are the one required to pay the $30 to cancel the check and re-write them a new one. Count on never seeing your deposit back. In summary, they are very rude, condecending and unconcerned with keeping residents happy. Think twice before you pick this apartment.
