The entire place has gone downhill and very quickly. I now wish that i never would have moved here. Maintenance sucks, they never come to fix anything when you need them too. The ladies in the office are not very helpful, and rude at times as well. The office is NEVER open when it is suppose to be. The grass and trees are not taken care of. I went on vacation for a week and nearly had a tree growing into my front door. The grass (when it is cut) behind my apt goes all over my patio and they leave nasty clumps on the grass which causes the grass to die. The garge is completely nasty. Junk stacks up behind the dumpster for months before anyone cleans it up. If you live in Building A i feel sorry for you because the smell is terrible. The brush behind building A and B Brings nasty bugs in through the back door. Oh yeah and never hope for a transfer from your job, beacause you are still stuck paying the rent. They dont care all they want is there money. Also heard that they are increasing the rent to current residents but lowering the rent for new residents. Thats a nice way to treat the people that have been there for you in the past year huh!!!
