I could write a book on all the things that suck about this apartment complex. Nothing is anything more than a simple line item on a brochure. First of all, the "gated community" aspect of it all is extremely annoying. For a long time, the gate remained open, which was great. Then, Bexley bought the complex and started closing the gate. After the gate was CLOSED, my roommate's car was broken into in the parking lot.
Also, the swimming facilities are severely lacking as it is little more than a two-lane lap pool. And the "gym" sat with broken equipment for MONTHS before some of it was finally fixed. The washing machines do not operate on coins. you must be a $15 minimum on a credit/debit card before you can use them. And, believe it or not, some people don't have either of those things. Also, the washers are extremely small and the driers require a minimum of 2 complete cycles to get anything dry. Which also means that you have to make multiple trips to the laundry room since you can't start the washer for multiple cycles at once. My upstairs neighbors are either the loudest people in the world, or the ceiling/floor sound installation is just non-existant.
