I really enjoyed the look of the apartments, the updated materials the apartments had, the peaceful nature trail. I found the way you request maintance to be annoying. You can not go into the office to request a repair. You have to either call an 800 number or fill out a form online. The one repair I had done, I had to submit two forms on the internet and it took a turn around period of five days. Management seems more concerned with new customers than their residence. I was locked out of my apartment and it took management over two hours to assist me because they were busy with new customers. In the meantime, I had a four month old baby who was hungry and had his food in the apartment. I just wanted even a phone call from management to let me know they didn't forget me and would help me.

Also, over nine vehicles were broken into one night. Management blamed the residence and "punished" us by not fixing the gate. There were inappropriate use of the gate by certain young adults who were to lazy to buzz in their friends. I did not find it fair that they punish us all. Even once the gate was fixed, there were another two cars broken into. I don't think the gates help this situation. Instead, I think they need to have a security camera to monitor the parkings lots (or at least see the cars coming and going into the community).

Also, I think to make this a better place to live, management should have to live on site so they get the same feeling as their residents.

Would I live here again, probably not. I think the rent is high and management really makes the difference in a community. Would I recommend this place, yes. It's beautiful and peaceful. You are on the lake and there is great walking trails around the lake.
