It has been almost 9 months since I moved in. At first I was very concerned about moving into an apartment, since I have a large dog and he has always lived in a house. However, the transition for him has been better than I could have imagined. I decided on this apartment community not only because of the large 2 bedroom apartment, but there is also a walking trail that goes along the lake. This trail is great for my dog. I am also very excited to see that they have put in a dog park. Although you have to pay pet rent each month, I still highly recommend this community to anyone who has a pet or even people who do not!

I have lived here for 2 years now. The maintance crew is excellent. The front office is nice UNTIL it comes to renewing your lease. They are barracudas. Expect an automatic increase of $30-$60 every year like clock work. No matter what the economic conditions or vacancy rate. They try ever sales trick and deception to get you to sign. Then get mad if you DARE to question or give a counter offer. Half of the buildings are price for great lake view BUT they are becoming very overgrown with scrub pines and brush and you are not really able to see the lake even in the winter when the leaves are off the trees. Located 50 yards east from I-77 so there is a lot of interstate noise.
