I moved into a 1 bedroom sight unseen. I did everything over the phone and online. By talking to the leasing person over the phone she had convinced me to do an application and take a 1 bedroom without even seeing it. My friends and co workers thought I was NUTS BUT I am glad I did. The apartment is huge and just so nice for being over 11 years old. I love my view and being close to the lake. The only thing I miss is ceiling fans and lights in the livingroom and bedroom. But other than that I made a great choice and I do not regret it.
