My family and I have been here one year as of last month. We have been pretty pleased so far. I beleive we have a centaur living above us, as I can clearly hear each step that is taken. I never hear a peep out of the unit next to us. The area is nice and quiet and the elemetary school is excelent. The rooms are pretty good size and the closets are bigger than you might expect. The open floor plan between the kitchen, dining area and living area is nice and roomy. We managed to wrangle our very large sectional sofa in there and it was a near perfect fit. They have basic cable included and plenty of cable outlets around our unit. parking is not an issue now and they actually enforce the rules on trailers motorcycles etc. I like that the managment is not afraid to keep order but that can also translate to being a bit rigid at times. There havent been any issues with the police that I know of other than some fireworks being set off on july 4th.

I would recomend this place for almost anyone.
