I've lived here 6 months now and overall its been great except for the noisy neighbors that live underneath me. You can hear them talking. The are really loud and several neighbors including myself haved complained. The apartment itself is nice and spacious however I feel that its really dark which is not entirely all bad because its really cool and lots of time I don't have to use the AC.
I've called twice for maintenance and each time they come right away. The complex has been open a little over a year now and there are still empty new apartments. Maybe its because they don't offer washer and dryer'
