the person above me is the loudest person- or actually it is the walls at carrington park- the staff, should i say, ONE or two is the RUDEST females i have met. Two are decently helpful, and nice. And actually care about what you have to say/or at least they act it.

I will tell you this- if you have a issue with some thing that may need to be done- good luck- the time frame with that is insane. You better call at 9:00am when the office opens to get someone to help. Because if it is like 4-30pm forget it.

i will also say this. these are nice apartments that is because all of them are new, however when the lease for me is up, i am outta here, i will tell you why, they are allowing HUGE dogs in here, and they are going to ruin things/carpet/walls, etc, and in about 3 years, this will prob' be the cheapest place to live because the place is going to prob' be down in appearance etc. They should only let a certain BREED/LB in these apartments. Any animal over 15 lbs should be turned away. The stepping out side and stepping in to HUGE poop is a issue, and they DO NOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT.... they must be hard up for $. to let the tenant stay there over and over with request to pick up after the dogs-

I will also say this.... this place has the WORSE mosqitos i have ever seen. Wear some "off" when you go to the patio- you will need it.
