I have lived at Carrington Park for less than a year, I will say this. The staff are nice to you only "when" you are going to report a issue- there are a few things to think about BEFORE you move in... ride around at night, see the place and how the tenants are- Here are some downfalls-
*The walls, and floors have NO installation in them
*You can hear everthing from a cough/fart/laugh/from the person above you
*You have to get a congress to pass a Bill to get some help from the office/staff
*UNLESS you are a employee that lives on premises
*EVERYONE lets poop stay on the grass
*Not a biggy- however if the staff doesn't like you for a reason, you will be FINED
*HAVE YOU EVER HEARD FINED' From a dog's poop' You will at Carrington Park
*If you need/have a issue that you need maintance' Forget it after Office hours.
*Them being there, IS A JOKE
*Shop before you Sleep at Carrington Park

Dear Anonymous: I am the Property Manager. I strongly believe that we are trying to improve the poop situation at our community. We do have a full time grounds keeper that is doing everything he can. If you have any suggestions please let the office know. Also it is in our addendums that any resident will be fined for littering and/or not picking up after their pet. It is to try and help the poop situation on the property. As for Maintenance...if it is not considered a maintenance emergency after hours then maintenance does not have to come out. However they are suppose to be at your apartment the following day to complete your work order. If this is not the case please let the office staff know so we can take care of it immediately. I have to agree with you about it being LOUD,LOUD,LOUD!!! This is the most poorly built apartment complex I have ever lived in! The fact that I can hear the baby crying downstairs and the people above me sound like they weigh 500 pounds when they walk. My bedroom is by the staircase and it is atleast a 10 degrees difference then my roommates bedroom. I freeze in the winter and burn up in the summer.....This has definitely been a HORRIBLE experience!!! And did I mention that our neighbors love to listen to loud music which rattles our apartment and I've had the pleasure of living next to guys who like to sit out on their balcony until the wee hours of the morning and be loud and obnoxious.

I have to disagree with it being loud here. I have a neighbor with children and a dog, and I haven't heard a peep. Apparently "installation" is not in the walls, however the apartments are equipped with double paned glass windows which help tremendously with noise reduction. If you are moving here from a single family home, then yes, an apartment complex will have more noise. I have walked my dog around the entire complex several times and have not seen any poop on any of the lawns. Furthermore, the staff and maintenance crew have done a wonderful job of keeping the common areas clean, responding to any maintenance requests, and being available at all times. There will always be people that want to complain or give bad reviews because they have been "wrongly" fined for a rule which was explained to them upon move-in. I have lived in many apartment complexes and this is really one of the best
