Everyone has had a different expereince here. Hopefully the problems will get better and those who are happy here will continue to be happy.

I am the Asst. Manager of the property. I just want to apologize first and foremost that you feel that you are being mistreated in anyway. We try to do our best as far as noise goes to keep you happy plus the other resident happy. However, recently, we have sent out surveys to the entire property to see how your home is here. Every survey we have sent out has came back positive and it seems that most of our residents are happy. We want Carrington Park to be an enjoyable place for everyone. We need you to come to the office and speak to us, because without that we dont know that you are unhappy!! I give you my promise we will do the best we can to make the situation better for you. It is our policy that we leave work order papers in the apartment, as well, once they have been there. So, I do apologize again if for some reason you did not receive one .. and in the future please let us know if that does not happen!! So, In conclusion... Please come to the office with any problems you have.. obviously, we can't stop the way someone is continously living, unless it is loud partying or such. However, we will do everything we can and I do apologize that you feel this unhappy. Please, let us know so we can make Carrington Park a better place!! Sincerely, Kandi N. I have been a resident since October. I agree with the noise issues, not so much blaming noisy neighbors but more due to poorly constructed buildings. I have to disagree with the negative comments about the office staff. I have dealt with each member of the office staff and have found them ALL to be very friendly to me (even when I'm complaining about things). I have probably dealt with each member of maintenance staff too and have found them all to be courteous and professional. If you are considering moving here, I would definitely encourage you to do so, but try to get a unit with nobody living above you. And be considerate of those living below you. Walls, ceilings, and floors are very thin or poorly insulated... Still love the apartment and the community though!

I must say that I wasn't going to even respond to any of this, however, I have been living here for over a year now. I have NEVER had a bad experience with the office staff or maintenance. Whoever you are complaining, have you ever looked at any situation through the office staffs eyes. I work at a doctors office and hear people complain all the time. Have you ever considered that maybe it is you and not them. I live on the bottom floor and compared to all the other apartment communities I have lived at this one is GREAT. Harborside is loud and Bexley at Lake Norman. Try living there and dealing with that office staff and the old loud apartments. This place is awesome compared to those places. Also the office staff and maintenance treat me the same way everytime I go into the office. I have also dealt with Lyndsey a lot and she has never been anything but nice to me along with the rest of the staff. I hate that I had to get on here and write something myself but how would you feel if you had all those apartments full of people and you had to try and keep them all happy. That was all i could think of, i wouldn't want that job.

I am the writer of this review - I am glad the person who replied last has had a good experience here. But just keep in mind that it is possible that others have not had the same experience as you. Trust me - it's not me. If you read some of the other reviews on this site you will see others agree with me.
