I currently live at Marina Shores. I have made serveral complaints about the noise from the person living above me. The first two complaints were just for noise and I was told by Management that they would notify the tenant by letter to have the situation rectified. The final straw was when a domestic dispute broke out above me and continued for THREE hours. I finally called the police and they arrived. No one was arrested but after my third complaint and the police arriving, that tenant still lives above me. They condone domestic violence and allow their tenants to continue to live there by giving them a "slap on the wrist", a warning. I have come to realize that Marina Shores does not care what kind of tenants they have residing in their community, all they want is the check that they receive montly. I was looking for a nice community to live in and found a community that consists of trashy people.
My car was also broken into once and there are always beer cans and beer bottles outside my door from people who think the world is their trash can. I would never recommend this community to anyone looking to live in a safe and peaceful place.

Wow I guess you are a spoiled brat. Cars get broken into everywhere, even in a relatively low crime area like this. And there's that guy that goes around picking up trash every day, so as far as that goes, it's not like it piles up. I don't see how people that live in such a nice place have to find things to whine about. And as for the neighbors, keep up complaining. I know that they do care about us residents because I always feel welcome when I'm in the office and so do all my neighbors--that are also my friends. It's a nice neighborhood. If you dont like it get out.
