Move-out fees are no joke at this place...our apartment was charged $300 and my friend in another building was charged $2100 for structural water damage. We had a horrible odor that may have been harmful for several months, then a toilet leak, then an unknown water leak from our A/C. We were also told that we were able to move out early and they had someone else to move in, but 1 week before we were getting to move, they told us they had changed their mind and since it wasn't in writing, we lost the place we were moving into. I would recommend to keep looking before you commit yourself to a place b/c it has a good location.
