Not only has our car gotten broken into and hundreds of dollars of belongings stolen, but people being assaulted in the front yard... while walking the dog. And you wonder what the management did to solve these problems'... ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!! If you are looking into renting at Marina Shores, think again! The management is extremely rude for no reason at all. Yes, the lakefront apartments are nice, but it is definitely not worth the expensive rent and the unsafe and loud environment!!

I have lived here for three months and have not noticed anything like this. The management is really nice and they will work with you on just about anything. The fighting thing? What is that about? Maybe some drunks from Rusty Rudder, but they put up a gate to keep those guys out. I highly recommend these homes!!!!!
