I have been here for 14 months and I love it.. quite, clean, safe. I do see Cornelius police patrol the complex on occasion. I do not live in one of the buildings close to the lake and maybe it's a bit noisier there, but I've had no problems there. rent is reasonable compared to anything else in the area and being next to the Rusty Rudder and the lake is a BONUS. I mind my own business and no one botheres me at all..
