In the beginning it seems like the right place....friendly staff, nice apartments, wonderful views. Then the problems start after a few months. I have had constant problems with neighbors above me and below me. The neighbors upstairs sound as if they are wearing concrete shoes all day and night and as if they are about to crash through my ceiling at any moment. The complex also allows more than the required amount of tenants in one apartment and say that cannot do anything about it. My carpet has been coming apart at the seam where it was pieced together obviously before i moved in, since about 6 months after i moved in and it has been "looked" at at least three times and the last time the carpet people tried to say it was because of my dogs.
I also think the rent is a little excessive for the quality of the apartments. Don't let the fact that it sits by the lake fool you like it did me.

No they definitely don't allow more than 2 people per bedroom in the apartments. My husband and I had to transfer to a 2 bedroom bc a relative was going to stay with us for 6 months and when I asked what we needed to do they wouldn't let us have her live in our 1 bedroom... If you press the issue they will have it taken care of, just like anything else. It's an awesome staff--I've never had any problems with them as long as I'm following the lease! (I like this 2 bedroom better anyway and it has a better view!)
