There is crime here - and everywhere!

This baloney about no crime is just that. There is crime everywhere you look and One Norman Square is no exception. As far as quiet goes it depends on who your neighbors are. Some are the office favorites and get away with anything and nothing happens.

I would NOT recommend this place to my best friend let alone anyone!!
