Of course One Norman is not a euphoric residence, those do not exist. There staff does, however, work hard to accomodate everyone. When I moved in they met my movers and mde sure everything was placed in my apt, b/c I got stuck in my hometown. They always fix anything necessary and the staff is courteous and open to my suggestions. They've even hired a "poop scoop" company because of the complaints of dog poop on the property! Ask and it seems you receive!
