Perfection is an illusion

I wasn't at One Norman all that long (less than 6 months), but my time there was pleasant. Some of the things mentioned in other reviews I don't recall or wasn't living there at the time. The noise could be a problem at times, it depends on your neighbors and what level you are on. I found the office to be very nice and helpful. My biggest complaints were the A/C which was replaced by maintanence and the fridge which wouldn't operate well unless it was partially freezing the food (worked wonders if you wanted ice cold drinks and I do mean ice cold!)
