We moved in 2/2006 the staff seemed very nice and accomidateingfor the first month. Things changed in 3/06 we have 2 cats that like to go and sit on our porch, but the ----- apartment manager kept harassing us about them just sitting on the porch. OK so were not all cat lovers so get over it. In 4/06 we met a couple of people that live in the complex that have kids so we became friends. One day our friends were having a pool party for there son, there were other people at the pool as well includeing the so called community officer (what a -----)she is known in certain groups as the "POOL POLICE". Everything was fine until the party ended and the community officer got mad and called her buddies the Cornelius Police Dept. She was screaming nasty language at the remaining kids which included 2 of mine. Her reasoning for getting so mad was that is was getting to loud I don't understand she was there all day and the noise level was just fine. Then she tried to lay blame on me for my kids being at the pool unattended but they were not, they were with my friends which who are adults. Just after this incident I was told in so many words by Becky the apartment manager that I am not to be friends with them. WHO DIED AND MADE HER MY MOTHER' Then there have been several other incidents like, the the community officer (DEB) being at the pool this is not the problem, the problem was I took my 2 boys and there friend to the pool and she is laying in the water and decieds it is appropreate to take her top. I went to the apartment manager to complain about this when I was asked what was wrong I responded with when we moved in we didn't realize this was an adults only community. I was told that they would take care of this issue but yes of course if you are not part of the One Norman Click your complaints are just ignored. I have complained about the dog crap all over the place, this complaint was ignored as well. It seems like the only complaints that are taken seriously are the ones from the friends of One Norman. We have lived here 10 and are looking to get out. If they want to have two sets of rules for there tenants then they shouldnt be so blatent and up in your face about it.

I wish I would have read your post before moving to One Norman Square. It is also the worst place I have ever lived.

I love living at One norman...I have lived here for 4 years and the only reason Im moving is I bought a house recently.
