My fiance and I have lived here for 10 months. We plan on moving out because we just think it's better to make payments towards a house that we would actually own. Anyway, they are giving us a pretty good renewal rate, which we may renew if we don't find a house.

The times we've called for maintenance, it was fairly prompt. Only once did we have to call twice to remind them. There is plenty of parking. There are many families that live here which I believe is a good thing as long as you don't mind the kids playing outside in the street on their skateboards and the pool area. One Norman does do a good job of taking care of the landscape. Although some people still don't pick up after their dogs with the doggie disposal bags. However, I do believe they need more of those doggie bag posts.

The noise level is low. We don't heard our neighbors except when in the bathroom you can hear showers or muffled talking sometimes. I live in the back of the apartments, on an end unit, so I don't hear the go-kart racing that goes on every once in awhile. My only complaints are the bugs that come around during the summer, waterbugs, beetles, and weird giant ant-like bugs get in the house every once in awhile so I call the office for them to have the place sprayed. Also, the office management can be hard to contact every once in awhile but they are understanding and friendly. I have a chimney in my apt that gets on my nerves bc I wouldnt know where to put the TV if I did actually want to use it. Floor plans are kind of hard to work with.

Other than that, it's a great place to live, the apartments are still in great shape. There's a lot of good safety features and a police patrols the neighborhood at least once a day. I'm satisfied with the 10 months I've lived here so far.

PS. Management even gave us a good rate because the man who lived in the one BR apt we were to move into ended up staying so they gave us a 2 BR for the same rate. Glad we didn't have any problems with that.
