I rented at this apartment complex, and would recommend that you not do the same. I made the mistake of not documenting every and all detail while living there, and unfortunately, that ended up hurting me in the end. I was mailed a letter to either terminate of continue my lease one month earlier than was due. I took the letter to the office, where I was told BY OFFICE STAFF that it was their mistake, and it would be resolved. In the meantime, I steam cleaned my carpet, and left the apartment spotless. Needless to say, the matter was not resolved. I moved out a month early, on their request, only to get a letter 3 months later, threatening me that if I didn't pay $750 I was going to be sent to collections. I called the office again, and AGAIN I was told that it was their fault, and that it would be fixed. To make a long story short, it never was fixed.
