I have lived here for 1 year and have been very satisfied!I just read the last posting and I find it very had to believe that they are taking about the same place that I live! I haven't had any issues here.This person must be disgruntled!Keep in mind that anyone can post a comment! The office staff has always been very helpful and I know that there hasn't been any staff changes in the year that I have lived here!

Stay a while longer and stop kissing a-- at the office and see where that gets you! I'm not disgruntled, I'm furiated because I lost valuable items and had valuable items vandalized while staying there. No concern from office staff tells you they only care about collecting rent. Not our safety, not our "neighborly" community. I've seen people speed and almost hit children playing. I've seen dogs swimming in the pool and the office didn't do anything. I had a car stolen and begged the office staff to check in to getting cameras, more lighting, perhaps a gated community or more resource officers on duty. NOTHING HAPPENED, until the office was broken into and they installed an ADT security system to protect "their" interests (not the tennants who pay their wages) back in July 2008. See for yourself. Look up the Cornelius Police Dept. records and type in One Norman Blvd. and it states every single crime/action that has taken place on that street.

To: irritated renter 08 Man you need to get over it!! The office staff has no control over the crime in the area?? How can you continue to bash them? Its not thier fault you had these issues w/theft. Now days crime is everywhere. Wake up dude!!
