I have lived at Granville Oaks for 3 years but am moving because I am buying a house. Everything has been great since I moved in. The office staff have been great...I am so glad they let me use the fax and they sign for my packages! The landscaping needs work that is for sure. Chad - the guy that does maintenance works very hard. He is very helpful and always shows up quickly. Too bad I can't take him with me to my new place!! I would definately recommend Granville Oaks to anyone that is moving to the area!
