It is nice! I just want to say that Granville Oaks isn't fancy but it is nice. The people that work here are real sweet and will do just about anything for you. My only complaint is that we need some grass! Other than that, I really love it here.

Happy to be Here I just moved to these apartments from another apartment in Durham. It was the pits. It is nice to be in a quiet, clean place where the people care about what is going on. Thank you, thank you , thank you. Just had a pool party and it was nice!

This place is a slum. when I left, they stole my deposit, though I left the apartment spotless.When I was there it was run so poorly, I left and went to Granville Oaks, thou the rent was higher.This place is run by local folks who think there are no laws governing how they conduct

Nice Apartment I have lived at Granville Oaks for 3 years but am moving because I am buying a house. Everything has been great since I moved in. The office staff have been great...I am so glad they let me use the fax and they sign for my packages! The landscaping needs work that is for sure.
