So yes, last year at Laurel Oaks was hell....the manager was a freakin' basket case who nosed around in people's apartments and just tried to find reasons to charge people for things!
I AM PLEASED TO ANNOUNCE THAT THE NEW MANAGER OF LAUREL OAKS APARTMENTS IS A REALLY COOL CHICK! I would now feel comfortable recommending Laurel Oaks as a living option! The owner of the apartments is taking steps to better the apartments themselves, and he realized how horrible the other manager was and fired her when he found out what had been going on here (since he lives in Jersey, he didn't know the situation).
SO DON'T COUNT OUT LAUREL OAKS FOR YOUR NEXT APARTMENT BASED ON COMMENTS AND OPINIONS OF LAST YEAR! Anyone will agree with me that Gwen was the problem, and the people that she hired to "fix up" the apartments. With all of them gone, you will be happy choosing Laurel Oaks!
