update: I have now been here almost a year and just renewed my lease. My rent went up slightly but I was given a discount on rent for signing my lease again so the increase actually was a wash. Great Place. HIghly recommended. Lots of kids so Halloween will be great. Quiiet place even with all of the kids.

I can honestly say this is my favorite apartment and I have lived in apartments off and on for 20 years; from California to Key West!

No square plain designs like most apartments. Crown moldings and contemporary kitchen. Ample storage and space is well used.All new! Well lighted, nice view....



The grounds' We are surrounded by Lake Norman (freeway close hwy 77)and have a beautiful nature park on the waters edge, for exercising or a play area for your dogs. The community is an eclectic assortment of apartments, town homes and a few houses.

They have a theme social every month so you can meet people- I moved here knowing no one so this is great for me.

You can check out dvds and videos, books and things for free at the community area/office which is more like a cozy library with good smells and a warm atmosphere.

(Free use of Computers & printer and excersize room with TV) and laundry available 24/7, which has a secured coded entrance.

The staff' Second to none.
