This place racks on unwarranted, and in some cases, totally fabricated charges when you move out. It happened to me as well as two other people I know of. Also, there are others who have written about this same thing on here. After they come up with these inflated and bogus charges, they threaten to send you to a collection agency if you do not pay. They are total scammers, not to mention at times rude and unprofessional - both in the corporate and local office.

I had my carpet cleaned twice while living there - tan rugs - when I left they were not bad at all. They charged almost $300 for that. They clean the rugs anyway before a new tenant moves in - but you pick up the charge at a blown out rate! If you have a pet - they will hit you no matter what. I cleaned the place for hours before I left - looked just like it did when I moved in. Still hit me for cleaning charges. Total charges when I left - almost $600.

The walls in these places are thin. Can hear a lot from the people next door. The fixtures in the bathrooms and elsewhere are cheap.

The only upside to this place is that the maintenance guys are friendly and good workers. Other than that - I see nothing appealing about this place - especially the corporate gangsters who run the whole operation. Total scammers - cheating people out of money.

I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone - and that goes for any property owned by the Bexley/Weinstein group. Just more of corporate America draining people for all they can get.

This sounds like a disgruntled person that is just upset for getting charged for a mess that he probably did leave in the apartment. I am alomost positive management / maintenance has to keep records / pictures of when they charge you for something...

Nice try, ^^^^^ (presumably from the Weinstein idiots?) no mess left at all...SCRUBBED & CLEANED the place for hours before I vacated - and I, knowing their reputation for ripping people off (heard about it from others before I left) took pictures and video to prove it was clean!! These scamming crooks have no shame. For anyone interested, browse through all the Weinstein property reviews beyond this complex and you will see I am not the only one who complains about this!!! These bastards got quite a racket going on - complete with ditzy corporate whores acting as mouthpieces for them in there main offices... who do nothing but LIE and try to EXTORT money from people. And oh, as far as them keeping records! HA. They told me, for instance, that they had to replace the ENTIRE rug in the apartment (I was completely blown away by that one - that rug was fine... needed another cleaning before the next person moved in - but that has to be done regardless! Matter of fact I had it professionally cleaned twice while I was there - They are very cheap tan rugs that show spots very easily!) Well... I went back... to check with the new tenants to see if they did in fact replace the rug - and whattya know..... NOPE! Cha-ching.... ripping people off for totally fabricated charges! And these aren't the only BS charges they tagged me for... unreal! Lastly, I am a disgruntled person, you got that right! If I actually did damage that place in any way, shape or form that merited the charges - I would own up and pay what I had to. But I am not going to be forced to pay a ridiculous amount money through lies and fabrications. So... to all prospective tenants of Weinstein - You've been warned! DO NOT RENT FROM THESE SCAM ARTISTS!! And to the person who wrote the above response to my original rating - F OFF. You have no idea what you are talking about. You think I'd take the time to write this - and the first post - if I didn't know I was right? When people are charged lots of $$$ for BS things - they don't take it lightly. And I'm sure there would be many more negative posts about Weinstein Properties if more people knew about this website!

I loved these apartments when I lived there. But I agree about the trumped up charges at the time of move out. I cleaned the crap out of the apartment and they still charged me a $100 cleaning fee. Plus they said they found dog pee spots all over the carpet and charged me $75 for that. Which was really awesome since I didn't have a dog.
