Love it Here - I recently moved into Bexley Davidson and absolutely LOVE it. I have been into the office a few times and they have always been very helpful. Chillax! I love our new place! It is a modern style townhouse with all the convienances of house without the pricy monthly payment. The community fire pit is great, we have already taken advantage of it with friends and cant wait until the next time. :)

Horrible Experience walls between apartments/townhomes are very thin. I was able to hear flushing sound in hall and even in Bedroom. Sound was coming from next apartments and also from apartments which are above yers. I was very irritated.

Great Community To Live In Great community - I have leaved here for 1 year and it has been a great experience. The office staff is very professional and willing to help you with whatever you need. The maintenance staff always takes care of any issues for me within 1 or 2 days and with a smile on

Bexley at Davidson We have lived here for 4 years, even before it was Bexley at Davidson. Very nice area and in the 4 years we have maybe had 4 Maintenance issues-all of which are very quickly addressed. The maintenance crew is great and the area is great.

Unclean & crappy apartment I lived at Bexley at Apartment (formerly Davidson Gateway) for a year, and could not live any longer. The staff is exceptionally arrogant and unfriendly. The garbage dumpster is always full with garbage all over the place and with a bad smell.

The best place at Lake Norman There were several communities we considered renting at when we first started looking in Lake Norman. I'm glad we chose Bexley at Davidson (formerly Davidson Gateway Apts). The staff is extra friendly, the place is immaculately kept, and my apt is huge.
