I recentlty moved out after my house was done being built. The location is great and it is the only property in the area. However, the property manager is terrible. He parties with residents until all hours of the night and the cops have been called several times. Nothing is ever done about it because he is the manager. Also, not a good place if you have kids and want to take them to the pool. There is very heavy drinking, smoking, and swearing the whole time and the drunks play basketball in the pool so the kids couldn't swim even if they wanted to! I would complain about this but it would be pointless due to the fact that once again, the property manager is always out there partaking in these activities. Also as far as maintenance goes, good luck getting anything fixed, if you call down there, he'll tell you that there is nothing that can be done about it. Overall, if you want to live on that side of the lake, you could deal, but until it is under new management-it wouldn't be advised.
