Good god.. the air conditioner is loud, the manager parties with the young people at the pool, he also allows drinking in the pool area, and in the water. The lint from the people above is all over my patio, the apartments are small. And the office is the most unfriendly bunch of people I ever met. The walls are thin, I can hear the girl upstairs stomp.. or atleast it sounds like shes falling all the time. And this girl is a small girl. I have called the cops several times due to noise after hours. The gates never close so at night watch out anyone can get in. You have a code to get into the gate, yet they never close.. only one gate closes and the other one stays open. The area is nice. Nice location, high prices for such small apartments. The grounds have dog ---- all over it so watch out. People have mean vicious dogs kept in their apartments, and the manager could care less. The manager was very nice and pleasing when we were interested in living here, then he changed his tune when we moved in. Very nasty attitudes. I want to try to stay here another year, but I am getting another apartment. I have to get a bigger one. THis one is way too small for 3 people. Oh and parking, it sucks. YOu can hardly ever get a place near your entrance, people block you in, and mostly people who are not residents, take residents parking have no respect for those who actually live here.
