If you expect to get UPS or FED EX packages here while working odd hours.....forget it. I approached Gary yesterday to retrieve a package since Fed ex laft a note on my door that they had left it at the office and was basically told it was after hours and to kiss his ass. All it would have taken was a short 2 minute stroll to the office but no, instead of receiving my package after 6pm....I received a smart ass comment and a nose full of beer breath. What kind of person is running this place' We definitely need more options when it comes to renting apartments in Denver as long as the town drunk is running the only one in town. And usually when you hear noise around here....Gary is right there in the middle. This is a gated community but the gates look like they have been smashed to hell. gkZ41df9CgXQPfm8K2A7

Yes, this definately a true fact, but this is the motto for everything with gary. he can never find the time to help you or fix anything, or listen to a complaint. This is the case whether or not he is on the clock. Speaking of that, he must not be on the clock much because he is never in that office and i always see him leaving his apartment with his beer in hand at about 2:00 PM everyday. Not to mention his company must pay for him to have lunch abd drink about 6 beers a day on his lunch break in sports Page. I would know because i work in the restaraunt and he frequents it. most the time he doesn't when to leave until he has already made an ass of himself or falls off the barstool. nothing gets done around here, because he runs the place. Look out now that the pool has opened he cristened it with his normal antice over the weekend, here comes another ridiculous summer at riverwalk drunkfest pool, with Gary leading the way and making a complete fool of himself. somebody needs to do something about that drunk!!!!!1

I totally agree.. he is the sorriest person ever.. i swear how long can he use the excuse of his foot?????? amazing he is never at home.. always at sports page...

As a REAL employee of Sports Page, I can honestly say that Gary may frequent our restaurant often. However, never, ever have I seen him stumbling around and falling off of barstools. As a REAL resident of Riverwalk, I can also say that anytime I need anything fixed or just a simple question answered he is there for me. I believe that this review is ridiculous! I stumbled upon this by word of mouth and am outraged that someone has the need to slander Gary in this way. GROW UP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
