To Clarify False Accusations

I would like to start out by introducing myself a s the Property Manager at Riverwalk Apt homes in Denver, N.C. I am a single full time father of one child and the two of us reside on the property. I came to Riverwalk long before constructuion was complete as the maintenance supervisor but with my past background, knowledge and experience, I was promoted to property manager. I do associate with some of our residents here. My son plays horse shoes as well as football and other games with some of them. At times I have had residents step up to help me with something and these are the ones that usually do help out. We have a nice group of residents at this time. I am proud to say that I have not had a noise complaint where the police was involved for quite sometime. I am not sure who made these accusations about myself and our property but they are truely false. I am the President of our local business association as well as on the board of directors for our local chamber of commerce. I am also active with in the church that I belong to. I do not have a lot of free time as I also work a part time job and when not a community function I am usually working. We handle all maintainence issues in a timly manner. Our staff here is friendly and helpful to all that comes into our office. In the almost five years that we have been open here, we have never lost a resident to another apartment community. I am apalled that someone from our past would write things such as what has been written about us. I would like to extend an invitation to anyone to call and come visit our property. Thank you....

I leave at the apartments now and the reviews are totally correct about the property manager. He treat people horribly with no respsect and makes up rules as he goes along.I would have moved along time ago if have the cash.Oh bye the way he is a drunk as well.
