I've read some of the comments about riverwalk appts. and I've noticed that the people that are complaining about the complex are the ones that no longer live here! Let me first say that the appt. manager (Gary) was and is one of the best maintenance guys I know. When I first moved in he was here fixing a drain for 3 days! He knew what he was doing and had to try several different things to make it work but stayed on top of it until it was completed. I have had nothing but a good experience with the maintenence crew! As far as the parking is concerned, there are alot of people in the building you live in and you can't always get the front parking spot. Far be it for anyone to have to walk thier fat a*s 20 feet to the building from across the parking lot. People don't keep in mind that they aren't the only ones who live here! The staff has been nothing but nice to me and my roommate. Finnally I think that if a man wants to have a beer or two after he works is not a problem. The manager lives in the same place as he works and if you see him on the weekends with a beer that means that he is off the clock and no longer the manager he is a resident like everyone else!! And if the man wants to have a beer IN THE COMFORTABLE SURROUNDINGS OF HIS OWN HOME I say that's O.K. We're no longer going through prohibition! I would recommend this place, and have, to friends. Overall I give riverwalk appartments TWO THUMBS WAY UP!!!
