Never move here - We moved in and everything seemed to be going well. The people living above us were noisy but the office never did anything when we complained. It went on for our entire 12 month lease. I would never recommend this place, especially if you like quiet. Plus we had 2 water damage problems one from the 3rd floor (I lived on the 1st floor) and one in our own apartment. ...Full review of Triangle Pointe

Never live at this place - This place is not very good to live. Management is very bad. They are not friendly. They tried to take lot of money. When I left apartment after two year stay they chaged me for blinds which was broken because of it was very old not because of my fault. Although I asked to maintenece staff but they did not changed and charged me for that. I changed new dip pan for cooking stove but they put ...Full review of Stonesthrow

Warning: Worst living experience EVER!!!! - At move in, apt was not ready for us. Kitchen floor needed replaced two days after, dead bugs all over the apt. Giant roach and giant spider problems inside and out of the apt. Management very slow to acknowledge and correct problems. Not very sound proof at all. I know everything going on in every apt around me at all times. Highly overpriced and horrible living conditions for the price. ...Full review of Bridges at Southpoint

dont move here - although the apartments are nice for a decent price, the rental office is horrible. they constantly give you incorrect information, then place you at fault for not having the same information as them and then yell at you when you ask why the information you receve FROM THEM is incorrect ...Full review of Mission University Pines

Good location, highly recommend it - My wife and i have to relocate for a new job and we really hate to leave this apt community. we've been looking around in Greenville and have not seen anything that compares to where we live now. we've been here close to 2 years and really like it. just wanted to give our 2 cents for those looking. we've felt safe here and the staff has always gone above and beyond for us with ...Full review of Evergreens at Mt. Great place except appliances - This is a quiet beautiful community of mostly families and graduate students. It is close to Duke and quite accessible to UNC as well. The largest units are one-story attached cottages with no walls shared with neighbors (just garage) so it's very private. They are also flat roll-ins, so they are good for wheelchairs. The floor layout and details are comfortable and attractive. The one ...Full review of Addington Farms

Nice people, good place, few MUST READ concerns - Hi all. Moved here a little bit ago. Must say, I have not had any problems since I moved here. People who work here are VERY friendly, and have not caused any issues. Very approachable people. Gated community with pool and exercise room. Exercise room is a little small, but definitely manageable. No major complaint there. Pool is kept clean as well. They kept their word and said that ...Full review of The Berkeley At South Point

Professionals think twice - West Village is very attractive for those wanting to move to downtown Durham, but there seem to be more students than young professionals despite the upper scale rent ranges and what the management says about their undergrad policy. Even in Phase II there are many students living here. It can be very loud at late hours, and my car has been hit and run in the parking lot (by a car with a ...Full review of West Village Apartments

anonymous - I have been living here for the last two years. It's a fabulous location and they keep the grounds and buildings in great order. It is particularly close the Duke. So, it is great if you are a graduate student. The maintenance staff is very responsive and courteous, and the office staff is good. They are always willing and able to help you. In short, I don't think you can go ...Full review of Alexan Place at South Square

seems nice - I am from VA and went down to view these apartments twice. The ladies I dealt with (Christina in particular)were very professional and helpful in person and through various emails back and forth. The grounds were beautiful and prices seem similar to that in VA. Difference is, in Richmond, VA you get to live in the ghetto dump for that price. That said I think the prices are fair ...Full review of Lenox at Patterson Place
