Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004
This is the worst place in Durham.
I mean it is big and beautiful, but now anything lives here.
They are so desperate to fill the large number of empty apartments, I don't think they even care who moves in.
They let all of the good people move out and then let Lord knows what move in.
Also, some friends of mine moved out and were charged for every air particle that was floating thru the air.
I saw the apartment and it was clean.
"They" the wonderful office staff who can't even quote a price over the phone, inspected the apartment and said it was not in order.
Now they are paying almost a thousand dollars for 200.00 carpet, and blinds that didn't ever work.
If you love your money...don't come here.
I can't wait to get out of this place.
