We've been living here for about two and half years and love it. We moved back from Europe, and can't tell you wonderful it was to walk into this big, modern apartment. The floorplan is great, we have a large, eat-in kitchen which we love, and two huge bathrooms. As for the carpeting and fixtures, I would have to say they are typical rental unit fixtures. Could they be better' Yes, but we still love the apartment and enjoy the community very much. We've never really needed much repaired or replaced, so the only maintenance experience we have is for the quarterly air filter changes.
