The management is not trustworthy.

They FINALLY after 7 years got a permit to resell water to the residents.

How they determined the rate to charge is a wild guess.

You can always tell what reviews are written by management and the ones that are the real truth.Please check to see if management has a real estate license to manage the property.

OOPS !!! Did they forget somethinelse.

My opinion is do not move to 1520 Magnolia you will be very disappointed.
