I lived here for a year...read the reviews on this website regarding management, amenities, pricing, fixtures, parking..ect...

Everything was great, the carpet, blinds, faucets are 'cheap', but....a 2 bedroom 2 bath apt.

was $725 a month...so...i can deal with that...

Upon terminating the lease...my roomate and I had our security deposit, plus a month's rent worth of 'damages' due....dirty oven, tack marks in walls and an entire carpet replacement (not necessary)..but they 'hooked me up' with 'their pricing' on the carpet...i didn't choose to live there to get a fantastic deal on apartment grade carpeting!

In all, a nice place to live, but be sure to stockpile away some extra $$ upon moveout.
