nice place but could be better

I recently moved into 1520 Magnolia.
The apartments are really nice with new appliances.
I had a problem with ants and spiders coming in my apartment but was resolved quickly by maintenance staff (who are awesome).
Only thing that is inconvenient is that the trash compactor and mailboxes are at the front of the apartment complex (Exchange Place).
So those of us who live in the back of the complex must drive all the way to the front over speedbumps to pick up trash and get mail.
Would be better if they could put more mailboxes around (like other apartment complexes have).
Place is nice and quiet and more professionals that live here.
