I have been living here for about 6-8 mos, and I absolutely love my apartment! All of my friends are so jealous of my 9 foot ceilings, modern setting, and the gorgous scenery.
I honestly have not had any maintenance problems...so I guess I can't really comment on the repair speed, but the fact that I haven't had any problems says ALOT. The rent is a little high, but not so high when you consider the convience and safety.
