I had the pleasure of living at 1520 Magnolia Apts for 2 years while I relocated to Durham, NC. I can honestly say it has been the nicest apt I have lived in in the past 15 years (5 different moves).

The staff is all very friendly and helpful. Maintenance is done very well and the grounds always look great. The apartments are set up very nicely and there is plenty of room ans closet space.

I would definately recommend 1520 Magnolia to anyone looking to move into the Durham area.

The only suggestio I would make would be to install higher quality blinds. The individual blinds can break pretty easily. However, if that is their biggest problem then I considered myselg lucky to have founf this complex. I only wished they had a similar complex in Orlando where I am moving to now.
