After moving here almost a year ago, we are 100% satisfied with almost everything.
Any problems we have had are taken care of immediately, and rent is extremely competitive compared to other complexes in the area.
Only downfall is that it should be a gated community...
we had a car broken into a few months ago and it seems that this happens commonly around this area.
It would be a cheap fix, and may prevent any unwanted community traffic.
Otherwise, the apartments are very nice, the staff is very helpful and friendly, and the landscaping and common areas are all very clean and beautiful.

Really is a great place to live. I've lived here for many years and it
is great-most especially, our property managers and maintenance
manager couldn't be kinder or more helpful. I couldn't be happier.

I have lived here for a year and a half.....and yes there have been a few car break-ins around the first of the year. However, so did other communities around us. All of them, with the exception of one that I know of, resulted from peolple leaving items in their cars (like GPS devices) with the doors unlocked and the items in view. And as far as the "Gated Community"......statistics show that gated communities tend to show a higher crime rate than those surrounding that are not. It is a very expensive modification that I think is unnecessary here. Besides they took a pro-active approach to the problem with the installation of security cameras and a second Courtesy Officer and there has not been any issues since.

We and have lived here since April 2009 and have been happy with our choice. The staff has been pleasant and helpful. They have repaired or replaced a number of things for us. Our 2 bdr. and 2 bath apt. is the largest we saw at this price and location.
